In between feathers volume 2, we are thrilled to welcome Emre Sihan Kaleli, Tanja Brüggemann, and Aron Ludwig as they embark on an exploration of a new dimension within the quartet, electronics. To cross the boundaries of our instruments, the musicians will take on the challenge of interpreting a trio originally crafted for three percussionists by Malin Bång. Meanwhile, the percussion solo piece by Casey Cangelosi and flute solo piece by Bára Gísladóttir will explore unusual facets of solo pieces: meticulously choreographed sequences and a duo for voice and flute for one player, both pieces showcasing the versatility of each instrument. Finally, we will revisit Lorenzo Troiani‘s La forma delle conchiglie, a pivotal piece in our repertoire that incorporates electronic elements.
